The EDA Spray Booth is
Proven - Manufactured by EDA since 1997 and O'Brien Industrial Equipment Co. since 1968.
Economical - Base unit list $26,500.00. This includes the most common features that are add-on costs from other suppliers. Will beat the cost from any other supplier.
Accurate - Uses all digital instrument grade components. Eliminates errors from analog speed control and gauges. Digital pressure gauge certified accurate to +/- 0.10 psi.
An EDA Spray Booth does not use any field gauges or controls (these are +/- 2% at best, and often +/- 5%!). Reduce instrument and human errors in research. Don't put the viability of past and future research at risk by relying on misleading and out-of-date spraying technololgy.
Uses reliable industrial grade pushbuttons and controls for ease of operation. None of the cheaper touch screens that are difficult to navigate and often impossible to even view. While the touch screen technology makes a booth cheaper to manufacture, it encourages human frustration and errors. Consider user-friendly in your purchasing decisions.
Easy to use and repair. Two year warranty.
Safe - the only commercially available agricultural spray booth to eliminate student/employee exposure to unvented spray and fumes.

Features
Any booth can be made narrower for tight doorways. Contact EDA.
The shorter EDA Booth conserves precious lab or headhouse area, with better performance and at a lower cost.
Reality check: " Standard serveo drive motor travels 0 -4 mph and can be accurately controlled to a hundredth of a mph." Four mph is 70 inches/sec. The spray head gets to speed, travels the total length of the spray booth, then slow down in one second? Doesn't happen. Even if it did, there would be serious spray deflection, spray drift and other unknown variables introduced into the research. Don't put your research at risk by relying on misleading spray claims.
Reality check: " Spray length can be set from the entire length of travel ...." All motors need time (= distance) to ramp up to speed, then ramp down to stop. EDA technology needs only five inches of travel for this ramp up/ramp down. Our all digital technology allows us to easily prove this. Contact EDA.
"...accurately controlled to a hundredth of a mph." This is really not that accurate. EDA digital technology controls the motor to 1 part in 57,000 of any motor rotation. At a speed of 10 inch/sec, this controls the speed to 0.0000105 inch/sec. This is 6 x 10-7 mph! That is 0.6 millionth of an mph. Much more accurate then speed controlled to hundredth of an mph!
Shelf area for the precise application volume is a large 48" x 32". Can be modified at no cost.
Conventional "Inverted Bottle" liquid system. Bottle located in a convenient place inside the front of the booth, behind a door for greater safety. No reaching deep inside booth to insert/retrieve bottle - eliminate employee and student exposure to fumes.
An alternate "vessel system" is available at no additional cost. A stainless steel vessel with safety top is supplied for spraying. Call EDA for details.
Heavy construction frame of 2" steel tube with tough industrial powder coating for long life. None of the cheaper and fragile glass board. Buying professional quality looks good and pays off.
All walls, top and drain pan stainless steel or aluminum heavy-gauge sheetmetal.
All of the above can be customized for each Customer, often at no cost. Call EDA for specifics.
Terms fob California, net 30. Normal lead times six weeks from receipt of Purchase Order.
Shipping specifics: Booth is mounted on a pallet, standard shipment dimensions 74" x 40" x 90" tall. Shipping weight 800 lb.
A forklift is best to unload and position the booth, but four guys can usually carry the unwrapped booth if necessary. Removing the motor guard reduces overall height to get through shorter doors.
On-site utilities suggested are 10 cfm of compressed air @ 100 psi. Electrical 7 amp max of 110 vac. Drain and water nearby is recommended. CO2 tank fitting can be supplied. Other electrical (250 v, other hz) available at no cost.
